Linx is a lighting brand that wanted to integrate a sleek, minimalist design into its lighting fixtures to embody and evoke the brand’s image. The client approached us to build this brand from the ground up, stressing the need for a strong visual contrast.



Light is either on or off
We used a dualistic color scheme of black and white to convey light’s polarity.. This concept is further imagined in the usage of the moon and the sun. The double-sided nature of light is a common theme explored throughout the design concept for Linux.






The minimal identity
Branding consistency was crucial as we wanted all branding materials to have a clear, but diverse aesthetic. However, we didn’t limit our creativity. We used overlapping icons in addition to a multitude of different layouts, to create a diverse branding experience for Linx Lighting
